Jonathan is the General Manager at Trison Wells. He has over 15 years of experience in operations in heavy manufacturing processes; specializing in takeovers, revamps, and start-ups with strong emphasis in industrial excellence (Safety, Quality, and Efficiency). Among the most relevant projects that he led prior to joining the helm of Trison Wells, was leading multidisciplinary operations and maintenance departments during the start-up of a $1.8B greenfield hot rolling mill project. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Industrial Systems Design and Maintenance Management.

Jonathan Johnson

Alex served as Chief Supply Chain Officer and Executive Vice President of Ecolab from 2013 to 2020, where he oversaw Ecolab's global supply chain operations, including Ecolab's 98 manufacturing plants, more than 200 distribution centers, procurement and engineering. Previously, he worked for Procter & Gamble for thirty years, where he served as Vice President of Product Supply for the Global Beauty Sector. He led Supply Chain operations for other key P&G divisions and held several international assignments. Mr. Blanco has been Director of Patterson Companies, Inc. since April 2017. Mr. Blanco received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Princeton University.

Alex N. Blanco

Javier is the Chief Procurement Officer for Ingredion, a leading global ingredient solutions provider. He has extensive CPG experience across multiple industries and markets. He worked at Procter and Gamble for 16 years, and at Avient corporation for 5 years, where he led global teams and successful transformations and P&L turnarounds. Javier also serves on the Board of Directors of Medwish International, a non- profit organization that saves lives and the environment by repurposing discarded medical supplies to provide humanitarian aid. Javier earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Bentley University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Javier A. Echevarria

Dave is a seasoned professional in the Contract Manufacturing Industry with extensive experience in Quality and Operations, as well as in Business Development. He worked at Marietta, a personal care manufacturing company and Contract Manufacturer for CPG companies, for 35 years. He has served in a range of roles including COO, SVP of Business Development and SVP of Quality. He has served of the board of F4SS (Foundation for Strategic Sourcing) a non-profit representing companies using external manufacturing partners. Dave holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry and a Master of Science in Education.

Dave Hempson

Alejandro is an accomplished investor, entrepreneur and business owner. He has over 20 years of experience in various aspects of the Service and Hospitality industry, including the day-to-day management of a large scale catering company, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans for various startup ventures, including restaurants. Alejandro also has investments and advisory participation in the areas of solar energy and telecommunication technology. Alejandro holds a Bachelor Degree in International Business Administration from the Business School at Regent´s University.

Alejandro Rodriguez

Virginia D’Jesus is partner at the firm Lasa, Monroig & Veve, LLP in Washington, DC where she practices corporate, commercial, employment, intellectual property and government contract law. Previously, Virginia worked for the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, where she honed her business development skills and developed a passion for helping Minority-owned businesses succeed.
Virginia has also practiced law in Venezuela, where she focused on both civil and corporate matters, and has knowledge and experience in both civil and common law systems. She received her law degree (cum laude) from Universidad de Los Andes in Venezuela in and was awarded an L.L.M. degree in International Business Law from American University, Washington College of Law.
